  • Why would someone buy it? <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The reason to systemize the business is to make sure the time and money you invest in it produces what you want from it.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Is This An Business Opportunity Worth Pursuing?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The second metric is whether it is an opportunity worth pursuing. Here is a list of questions to ask yourself if you are considering an opportunity:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Is there a large enough segment of customers to make the money you set in your first standard? <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Will the products and services resolve a problem or fill a desire that particular segment will buy? <\/span><\/li>\n

    • What is your service or product? <\/span><\/li>\n
    • What feeling will your customer get from it? Power? Satisfaction? Peace of Mind? Pride?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Selling A Product Or Selling A Feeling…?<\/span><\/h2>\n

      People buy feelings. Feelings are more urgent, more unconscious. The demographics and psychographics of your prospects predetermine how you develop that.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Who is your most probable customer? <\/span><\/li>\n
      • What organizational strategy is necessary to achieve your strategic objective? <\/span><\/li>\n
      • What management strategy will work the best?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
