Since 2005, we have been helping Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and
nonprofits grow their brands and make an impact. Our clients span a
wide range of sectors including advocacy, arts & culture, education,
healthcare, hospitality, professional services and technology. Select
clients include ACLU, American Express Global Business Travel,
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), City University of
New York (CUNY), Claritas, GLSEN and Tenement Museum.
Our small but mighty team lives and breathes design. For us design
isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life. Although we are a fast-paced,
deadline-driven studio, we’re not glued to our computers 24/7 — we
value the time to recharge and stay inspired to bring our best selves
to our projects. We put people first and want to see our team members
thrive. We were able to successfully weather the pandemic by pivoting
and adapting our services to meet our clients’ current needs. Although
we’ve organically grown over the years through word of mouth, in 2021
we started to experience exponential growth. We are now a fully remote
studio with team members in 7 states.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for freelance senior graphic designers who can work
on all phases of a project from concept development and design
implementation to production and completion. This role requires
someone who is detail-oriented, super organized, proactive, juggles
multiple projects simultaneously, meets project goals and deadlines,
is a good problem solver, and works as a team player.
Our team is made up of progressive, fun, open-minded and humble
individuals. Our mantra is “simplicity” and it’s at the heart of how
we communicate and operate. We treat our clients like family and
collaborate with them every step of the way. We are looking for
someone who is not only creative and skilled, but fits our
culture.
The designer will report to the art director and will also have
regular communication with the owner/creative director.
Requirements
- College degree in graphic design or comparable
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Online portfolio with branding, print and digital design samples
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience working with a cloud-based project management system
Nice to have but not a dealbreaker
- Experience working in Figma
- Experience working in SketchUp
