This is the catalyst to enable you to move-pain free and return to beloved activities such as your sporting pursuits, as soon as possible. Through good programming and tried-and-tested exercise techniques, you gain strength, mobility, and regain range of motion that was lost due to injury.

Some of the exercise tools we use include modifications and variations of: Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Pull ups, Rows, amongst others. You will learn proper exercise form while gaining greater motor control in different planes of movement. Leave feeling strong, accomplished and confident in your physical self.

Your Rehab Personal Training session can be delivered either in clinic or via an online service – choose what is the most convenient for you. We also provide personalised exercise programming that you could follow out on your own.

Strength & Conditioning Session $170

Package of 10 $1478 (Validity: 6 months)

Package of 20 $2842 (Validity: 12 months)

Sessions must be utilised within the validity period. Packages are non-refundable.
